Charging for delivery helps cover the cost of postage and packaging with any profits going directly back to The Charity and helping us to reach our goals of doubling survival and halving the harm.
Orders are typically taking 24-48 hours from receipt to being sent out, and we know that some of our customers receive their orders within 3-5 working days – BUT please allow for any postal delays, as once your parcel is with the Royal Mail we can’t track it or control how long it takes to reach you. We do ask our customers to allow up to 10 working days before contacting us about an order not being received.
Christmas Deliveries
Our warehouse will be processing and sending out all orders received by 9am 21st December, before they close for the Christmas holidays. This means that our final postage date with likely delivery before Christmas day is Tuesday 10th December – orders received after this date will still be processed and sent out.
Our warehouse will then re-open on 2nd January and any orders received between 22nd December and 1st January will be sent out then. Please also note that The Charity’s office will be closed 22nd Dec – 2nd January and we’ll be unable to answer any queries or help you with your orders during that period.
Postage Costs
Our standard delivery costs for the UK will be as below.
Subtotal of items | £0.00 – £24.99 | £25.00 – £34.99 | £35 – £49.99 | £50+ |
Postage price | £3.95 | £4.50 | £5.50 | FREE |
The cost of postage takes into account packaging, fulfilment cost and Royal Mail costs for second-class delivery. Prices are based on the average weight of orders of a particular value. Any profit made through postage goes directly to The Brain Tumour Charity.
The cost of postage increases with the amount spent to reflect the increased weight of the package. Typically the more spent the heavier the parcel will be, therefore the higher the Royal Mail charges.
