Charging for delivery helps cover the cost of postage and packaging with any profits going directly back to The Charity and helping us to reach our goals of doubling survival and halving the harm.

Orders are typically taking 24-48 hours from receipt to being sent out, and we know that some of our customers receive their orders within 3-5 working days – BUT please allow for any postal delays, as once your parcel is with the Royal Mail we can’t track it or control how long it takes to reach you.

Please note that over the UK bank holiday weekend our warehouse and offices will be closed on Friday 7th April – re-opening on Tuesday 11th April. Orders received before 1pm on Thursday 6th April will be processed before the long weekend, those received after that point won’t be processed until we re-open.

Our standard delivery costs for the UK will be as below.

Subtotal of items£0.00 – £24.99£25.00 – £34.99£35 – £49.99£50+
Postage price£3.95£4.50£5.50£6.50

The cost of postage takes into account packaging, fulfilment cost and Royal Mail costs for second-class delivery. Prices are based on the average weight of orders of a particular value. Any profit made through postage goes directly to The Brain Tumour Charity.

The cost of postage increases with the amount spent to reflect the increased weight of the package. Typically the more spent the heavier the parcel will be, therefore the higher the Royal Mail charges.
